The place was newly remodelled, with its AMICABLE staff at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was short walk to underground convenient store `` Crysta Nagahori '', two subway stations and the main shopping street of Shinsaibashi and train station. I tried some drinks at bar Shunsai Kokomi, located 5 minutes walk away.

Great location, friendly service, and spacious room. I had a great weekend at this hotel located in a vibrant area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and subway stations nearby. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and an immaculate bathroom. the hotel had a relaxing vibe and was quiet, making my stay even more pleasant.
Limited English, noisy surroundings, and subpar breakfast. Although the staff was friendly, their limited English made communication difficult at times.

Located in a bustling area near shops, restaurants, and Nagahoribashi subway station, the hotel's location was convenient. Daimaru department store was nearby too. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They also served a good breakfast buffet.
The soundproofing of the hotel was poor, and the noise from the hallway could be heard clearly.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and the complimentary pie and coffee in the morning was a sweet surprise. the hotel's location is perfect - very close to the subway station and just a short walk away from the shopping district and good restaurants. the beds were comfortable and cozy.
The rooms could definitely use some improvement. the bathroom felt cramped and looked like it was added on at a later time.
